At Nice Beds, we aim to make delivery simple, fast, and reliable from the moment you place your order to the moment your new bed arrives.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer FREE delivery across Mainland UK on all orders.

Some remote areas including parts of Scotland, offshore islands, Northern Ireland, and certain postcode regions may require additional delivery charges or extended delivery times. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days depending on product availability, location, and delivery schedules.

During busy periods, promotional events, or peak seasons, delivery times may occasionally be extended. We will always aim to keep you informed throughout the process.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing your items for dispatch as quickly as possible. You may receive confirmation updates via email or phone regarding your delivery schedule.

Delivery Service

Depending on the product and service selected, deliveries may include:

  • Assembly service where selected

Please ensure there is suitable access for large furniture items including stairways, hallways, lifts, and doorways.

Assembly Service

If assembly has been selected with your order, our team will assemble the bed during delivery where possible.

The delivery area should be cleared before arrival to allow safe and efficient installation.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Charges

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Customer absence

  • Incorrect delivery details

  • Inaccessible property

  • Failure to respond to delivery arrangements

A redelivery fee may apply before another delivery attempt can be scheduled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Any damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • A brief description

This allows us to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
